Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen (Paketbeschädigungen und -verluste) für nationale und internationale Sendungen
Haftungsklärung nach AGB, OR und CMR
Serviceorientierte mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden, internen Stellen und anderen Geschäftseinheiten
Besichtigung, Beurteilung und Dokumentation von Schadensware
Korrekte Schadensregulierung und -auszahlung
Erstellen von kundenspezifischen Statistiken und Monitoring
Das bringst Du mit:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Schadensabwicklung, Kundendienst, Transport oder Logistik von Vorteil
Gute Deutsch- und ösischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Exakte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden und internen Stellen
Belastbare, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
Rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie vernetztes Denken
