Votre mission
Vous rejoignez notre équipe et jouez un rôle clé dans la coordination de notre stratégie informatique. Vous participez à la gestion de notre ERP et de nos applications métiers. Vous apportez le support de niveau 1 aux utilisateurs et travaillez étroitement avec notre prestataire d’infogérance pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de nos systèmes informatiques.
Vos activités
Traduction des besoins internes en approche informatique
Participation active à la numérisation des processus de la société
Modification et création des procédures en PL/SQL
Traitement et exportations des données en SQL
Assurer le maintien et le bon fonctionnement des système IT en partenariat avec notre prestataire d’infogérance et ProConcept
Assurer la cohérence des flux entre ProConcept et les applications adjacentes
Superviser les migrations de données (ERP Cloud)
Être force de proposition dans le développement de notre ERP (ProConcept) en fonction des besoins internes
Maintien des solutions IT sur mesure
Apport du support de niveau 1 aux utilisateurs
Configurer les droits et profils utilisateurs
Formation et assistanat des collaborateurs
Participation à la gestion des projets informatiques et à l'évolution des systèmes
Collaboration avec la direction pour définir et mettre en oeuvre la stratégie informatique de l'entreprise
Coordination de la communication entre la direction, les utilisateurs et le prestataire d'infogérance Gestion des contrats liés aux partenaires externes
Assurer une veille technologique pour anticiper les évolutions et les opportunités du marché
Votre profil
Formation d’informaticien de gestion (ES ou expérience jugée équivalente)
Faculté à transcrire la problématique métier en langage informatique
Connaissance de l’ERP ProConcept un plus
Maitrise des langages SQL et PL/SQL
Expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur industriel
Force de proposition et autonomie
Sens des responsabilités, rigueur et organisation
Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion de projet
Maîtrise de l’environnement Windows, des logiciels de bureautique et des outils de support (Active Directory, virtualisation, etc.)
