1-4 years of experience in
IT Recruitment
(Consultancy background preferred)
Strong knowledge in
Niche IT Skills sourcing : SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud, ERP, Java, Full Stack, C++, .NET, DevOps, etc.
C2H experience
is mandatory
Good in
Sourcing, Screening, Job Posting, Mass Mailing, Job Portals & End-to-End Recruitment
Good communication skills
Must have
Laptop & WiFi
Strong closure record in both C2H & Permanent hiring
Salary + Incentives + Mobile Reimbursement
(Final CTC & designation depend on experience and 3rd round)
