We are seeking an experienced
AI Automation Integration Developer
to support a strategic internal transformation initiative focused on workflow automation and AI‑powered operational efficiency.
This role will play a critical part in accelerating key initiatives across process automation, internal tool integrations, and AI‑generated solution deployment. The ideal candidate will help design and implement scalable automation workflows, internal AI tool hosting infrastructure, and governance frameworks to maximize the adoption of AI‑driven productivity tools across the organization.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to eliminate repetitive manual tasks, improve process efficiency, and build infrastructure that enables AI‑generated tools to be shared and utilized company‑wide.
Responsibilities
Workflow Automation & Process Optimization
Design, build, and optimize automated workflows across internal platforms and business systems.
Automate recurring tasks and repeatable processes performed multiple times per week/month.
Build integrations between systems including:
Monday.com
Microsoft 365 / SharePoint
Ajera
Project management platforms
Expand and optimize the use of
RoboSource ProcessCoach , building Plays for critical repeatable workflows.
Ensure workflows route tasks effectively, integrate seamlessly across systems, and improve operational efficiency.
AI Artifact Library Development
Design and implement a scalable hosting/storage infrastructure for internally developed AI‑generated tools and artifacts.
Build internal delivery systems for hosting:
HTML‑based AI tools
Embedded code pages
Dashboards
Interactive calculators
Internal databases/web‑based interfaces
Define technical architecture for internal artifact library deployment and accessibility.
Governance & Standards
Develop governance frameworks for AI artifact submission and deployment.
Establish:
Submission guidelines
Quality/accuracy standards
Data sensitivity/security rules
Versioning protocols
Approval criteria for company‑wide deployment
Ensure scalability and compliance of internal AI tools across the organization.
Requirements
Workflow Automation:
Hands‑on experience automating business workflows and repetitive tasks. Familiarity with process automation tools such as RoboSource ProcessCoach, Monday.com Automations, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar.
Systems Integration:
Strong experience connecting multiple SaaS/business platforms via APIs (e.g., Monday.com, SharePoint, Ajera, Microsoft 365).
AI/ML Tool Integration:
Experience deploying, managing, or integrating AI‑generated tools (calculators, dashboards, scripts) into internal systems.
Web/Software Development:
HTML, JavaScript, and optionally Python or PHP for embedded tools and web‑based dashboards.
Data Handling & Reporting:
Ability to create dashboards, visualizations, and reports that combine multiple data sources.
Infrastructure & Hosting:
Experience designing scalable storage or hosting solutions for internal tools or web‑based applications.
Versioning & Governance:
Knowledge of software version control, artifact management, and governance frameworks (quality standards, submission guidelines, data security rules).
Nice to have:
Familiarity with
low-code/no-code automation platforms .
Knowledge of
cloud hosting, internal libraries, or internal developer portals .
Experience with
AI artifact lifecycle management
(from creation to organizational deployment).
