Business Operations Associate
to join our early team. This is a selective role for someone who wants meaningful responsibility from day one at a high-growth government technology company. What You'll Do
Drive day-to-day business operations across client onboarding, communications, scheduling, and documentation Serve as a key point of contact for government clients, engaging directly with municipal staff, planners, and administrators Support RFP/RFQ preparation, municipal code research, and market identification for new contracts Manage CRM systems, project trackers, and internal workflows Research local government processes, zoning, permitting, and land development to support platform deployment Conduct QA and testing on the platform as new features roll out Contribute to presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or expected within 6 months) 0-2 years of professional experience (internships, co-ops, and academic projects count) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with standard business tools (Google Workspace, Slack, CRM platforms, or similar) Based in the U.S. with the ability to work remotely during standard business hours What Sets You Apart
Background in business, communications, public administration, urban planning, engineering, GIS, or computer science Exposure to or genuine interest in AI, local government, infrastructure, or civic technology Experience interacting with clients, stakeholders, or government officials in any capacity Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams independently Aptitude and willingness to learn to operate efficiently and use AI effectively Who You Are
