Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree required; PMP certification preferred; IAM Level III baseline certification required Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience managing multi-site technical training programs (preferred DoD or cybersecurity); 5+ years’ experience in project management Clearance Level & Investigation: Secret (US Citizenship) IA Cert Level (DoD 8570.01): IAM Level III The Program Manager (PM) serves as the single point of contact for the Government and holds full authority to act on behalf of Bravura for all matters related to contract performance. The PM provides complete program management, administrative oversight, and supervisory control to ensure all requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are fully met. The PM ensures that Bravura maintains adequate staffing, resources, quality control, and operational continuity across all performance locations, including fixed sites and Mobile Training Team (MTT) operations. This position is contingent upon contract award. Qualifications: The PM requires the following minimum qualifications: Must be a US Citizen. Must possess and maintain a SECRET security clearance. Requires Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Must have minimum 3–5 years of experience managing multi-site technical training programs, preferably within DoD 8140/8570 or cybersecurity environments. Must have minimum 5 years of experience in project management. Requires demonstrated experience managing the following:
Instructor-led training operations. Courseware development or curriculum updates. Distributed workforce across multiple CONUS locations. Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) or equivalent field operations.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Must possess and maintain a current IAM-level III baseline certification. Responsibilities: The PM will provide the following core responsibilities, including, but not limited to: Ensure the Government is kept fully informed, both verbally and in writing, regarding performance status, risks, and issues. Provide individual executive summaries (EXSUMs) of meetings and conferences as required. Submit the Monthly Contractor’s Progress, Status, and Management Report in accordance with contract requirements. Implement and manage the Quality Control Plan (QCP). Monitor performance metrics and trends to ensure compliance with performance standards. Provide project coordination and process improvement initiatives through the QCP framework. Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions when deficiencies are identified. Ensure compliance with all security, IA/IT certification, and training requirements. Monitor trends and upcoming changes within the Army Cyber Security (CS) and IA/ND community. Analyze the evolving cyber security training environment and develop recommended improvements. Oversee coordination of course development, curriculum updates, and instructional delivery. Ensure effective integration of resident and mobile training operations. Manage phase-in activities to ensure seamless transition and continuity of operations. Provide all necessary administrative, managerial, and coordination support to execute contract requirements. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping. Oversee coordination of resources across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.
