Responsibilities Partner Ownership & Growth
Own and grow a portfolio of high-value partners to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, contributing to overall team pipeline and revenue goals
Build and maintain executive and working-level relationships with partners
Identify opportunities to deepen and evolve partner engagement over time
Go-to-Market & Pipeline Generation
Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through referrals, joint initiatives, and partner activation
Own visibility into partner performance, including pipeline contribution, engagement, and outcomes
Engage in deal cycles where partners are involved, ensuring alignment and coordination to move opportunities forward
Partner Lifecycle Management
Identify, recruit, and activate new partners aligned to Virtuous’ ideal partner profile
Lead onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement to ensure partners are equipped to successfully position Virtuous
Lead regular business reviews (QBRs) to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive accountability
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the cross-functional lead for partner initiatives, aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, on priorities to maximize partner impact
Ensure consistent and coordinated communication with partners to avoid duplication and deliver a seamless experience
Bring partner and market insights back into the organization to inform product, GTM, and ecosystem strategy
Qualifications
5+ years experience in SaaS partnerships, sales, or similar field. Nonprofit Tech experience is a plus
Proven ability to drive business impact through partnerships, including pipeline generation and deal involvement
Experience driving partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline through referral or partner-driven motions
Cross-functional expertise across the full sales lifecycle, with a proven ability to align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
Experience managing partners across the full partner lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and growth
Experience leading partner business reviews (QBRs) and driving accountability against performance metrics
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and drive measurable outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with agencies, system integrators, or SaaS ecosystems is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study preferred
Willingness to travel as needed
