This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in HR, L&D, education, client engagement, or program delivery , who enjoys workingautonomouslyand making a tangible impact on others’ development journeys. This isa contractrole ,designed for flexible, results-oriented professionals. It is not asalariedemployment position. Role Overview
As a Leadership Education Program Manager, you will: Guide participants frominitialenquiry through to full program involvement Conduct structured virtual discovery conversations to explore suitability and interest Manage onboarding and engagement pathways for clarity, consistency, and participant satisfaction Attract and engage participants via professional, compliant communications across approved channels Support participants in exploring programs and potential development opportunities Track progress and refine processes to enhance engagement and outcomes Provide guidance and mentorship to help participants succeed Identifyprocess improvements to enhance operational efficiency and engagement Who This Suits
10+ years’ professional experience in HR, L&D, education, client engagement, program delivery, or related fields Comfortable managing your own responsibilities and outcomes Strongcommunication, relationship-building, and virtual facilitation skills Motivated by providing service and direction to others, and professional growth Passionateabout personal development and helping others explore growth opportunities What We Offer
