Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mid‑level; ability to manage and analyze datasets). Experience establishing governance, processes, or regular operating cadences for programs or initiatives. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through. Strong critical thinking and strategic mindset; ability to identify trends and patterns across data and relationships. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with internal leaders and external partners. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Professional maturity and sound judgment when managing sensitive relationships and information. Industry experience and/or research background is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Project Planner or similar tools is a plus. Responsibilities:
Capture, organize, and maintain a centralized dataset of digital partnerships, including partner classifications, engagement types, and collaboration status. Support relationship management efforts by tracking partner interactions and ensuring continuity across engagements. Assist in the development and maintenance of repeatable governance processes, including meeting cadences and documentation standards. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities across the digital partnership portfolio. Support co‑development initiatives through timeline tracking and coordination activities. Coordinate executive briefings, leadership meetings, and partnership‑related events, including agenda preparation, logistics, transportation coordination, and on‑site support (e.g., food and materials). Collaborate with internal stakeholders across management, product development, and external partnerships. Provide backend analytical and organizational support, with opportunities to grow into presentation development and executive‑facing materials over time. Ensure accurate, up‑to‑date documentation of partnership activities and outcomes. What’s in it for you?
