Overview
Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager for a remote part-time (20 hours per week) position in the USA. Our client is an online personal styling service that leverages advanced AI, machine learning, and expert stylists to deliver personalized clothing recommendations. As a data-driven retail platform, it combines technology and human insight to transform how people discover and shop for clothing. Requirements
6+ years of experience in technical project/program management with demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-year, multi-organization, timeline-critical programs. Experience in building and managing high-detail integrated plans (Gantt or equivalent) and driving execution across teams with competing priorities. Technical expertise with the ability to understand architectures/integrations well enough to challenge assumptions and manage dependencies without being the engineer. Excellent understanding of stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation with the ability to earn trust and drive clarity in ambiguity. Knowledge of standard tooling (e.g., Jira/Confluence, Smartsheet/MS Project, Google Suite) and disciplined operating mechanisms (RAID, critical path, change control). Nice to have
Familiarity with supply chain, warehouse fulfillment, or WMS domain; experience launching systems in operational environments (distribution centers, fulfillment operations) with phased rollouts and hypercare support. Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and continuously refine a detailed program tracker/timeline (Gantt-level fidelity) spanning all workstreams, milestones, dependencies, critical path, and go-live/hypercare activities. Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations/Fulfillment, IT, vendors, and leaders to secure LOEs, timelines, resourcing, and commitment status for every task and sub-task—then follow through to completion. Build and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), surface delivery threats early, and drive mitigation plans before they impact launch dates or quality. Build strong relationships among stakeholders and task owners to keep plans up to date, unblock decisions, and drive timely delivery. Establish effective cadences (standups, milestone reviews, exec readouts), run meetings with clear agendas and outcomes, and create crisp status reporting for all levels. Build systems and structure for request intake/triage, prioritization, and scheduling to protect the launch plan while handling emergent needs. Coordinate cross-team testing readiness, cutover planning, integration sequencing, data considerations, and launch readiness checkpoints to ensure a smooth, stable rollout. We offer
US and EU projects based on advanced technologies. Competitive compensation based on skills and experience. Regular performance appraisals to support your growth. Flexibility in workspace, either remote or our welcoming office.
