We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Sales team and drive Loyal's growth through strategic customer acquisition with large health systems. In this pivotal role, you will manage the full sales cycle for opportunities in the $150K–$800K ARR range, leverage deep consultative sales techniques to uncover customer needs, and close single and bundled product deals that deliver measurable value to healthcare organizations, directly contributing to Loyal's revenue growth and market expansion. The ideal Sales Executive is highly driven and strategically creative, bringing 4+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of quota achievement in enterprise sales. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success. This role offers the opportunity to become a key advisor in solution selling while mentoring junior team members and making a meaningful impact on how health systems engage with their patients. Independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for deals in the $150K–$800K ARR range. Own client/prospect relationships, navigating multiple stakeholders and high-level conversations confidently. Apply in-depth knowledge of Loyal’s products to strategically address customer needs across functions and industry verticals. Define decision-makers and budget parameters, and prioritize the highest-value opportunities. Proactively communicate customer needs, market intelligence, and industry insights to internal teams. Collaborate cross-functionally, bringing the right stakeholders into the sales cycle and supporting internal teams as needed. Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and business cases. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable pipeline forecasting. Mentor junior sales team members by sharing knowledge and best practices. Note:

4 years of experience in selling patient engagement or healthcare SaaS products Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts ($150K–$800K ARR range) Demonstrated and a consistent track record of quota achievement and success in enterprise sales Experience navigating complex sales cycles Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other sales engagement technologies Experience presenting to VPs and the C-suite Experience working within a high-growth startup and/or ambiguous environment, with proven adaptability Knowledge and Skills

This role is remote or in a professional office environment. Typical duties involve using computers and phones; the role is largely sedentary, with flexibility to move as needed. Requires frequent communication with internal and external customers and co-workers. Must be able to exchange accurate information and recognize objects from various distances. Pay Transparency
A reasonable base salary range is $105,000–$130,000, depending on location, experience, skill set, performance, and business needs. Some roles offer sales incentives based on revenue or utilization as per plan terms. #LI-REMOTE Benefits and Perks
