Job Description This is not a passive documentation role. The ideal candidate understands agency operations deeply, sees operational inefficiencies before they become problems, and can translate business complexity into executable IT projects. Experience with Amazon account management, listing optimization, and PPC is a strong asset. They must challenge assumptions, align leadership on priorities, and guide technical teams toward high-impact outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured discovery sessions with department heads, managers, and leadership to uncover root operational constraints
Analyze workflows end-to-end to identify friction points, redundancies, and system gaps
Differentiate between symptoms and core structural issues before proposing solutions
Map current-state vs. future-state processes with scalability in mind
Evaluate how each department’s systems impact cross-functional efficiency
Proactively surface risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies before they escalate
Act as a thought partner to leadership in shaping tech-enabled business strategy
Translate business challenges into structured project charters, BRDs, and technical requirement documents
Break down complex initiatives into actionable phases, milestones, and deliverables
Define measurable success criteria and KPIs for every project
Collaborate closely with IT to validate feasibility, technical trade-offs, and resource allocation
Guide sprint planning and ensure alignment between business intent and technical execution
Oversee project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
Facilitate UAT processes, collect structured feedback, and ensure final solutions meet operational objectives
Drive post-launch audits to evaluate impact and optimization opportunities
Leverage Amazon expertise to identify automation opportunities in account management, PPC, reporting, content, and client operations
Improve internal dashboards, CRMs, reporting systems, and cross-platform integrations
Analyze data flows between Amazon, internal tools, and external systems
Recommend scalable automation, AI integrations, and efficiency frameworks
Continuously audit internal systems to ensure they evolve with company growth
Audit repetitive, manual, or high-friction workflows across departments
Design automation frameworks that reduce labor hours and error rates
Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools for reporting, QA, content analysis, forecasting, and decision support
Develop scalable SOPs tied to system enhancements
Evaluate new tools and technologies for potential adoption
Balance build‑vs‑buy decisions for new system implementations
Create internal efficiency models that increase output without increasing headcount
Act as the primary liaison between non‑technical stakeholders and IT
Communicate complex technical concepts in clear business language
Drive alignment between leadership, operations, and technical teams
Support change management and training during system rollouts
Qualifications
4+ years experience in Business Analysis, Systems Strategy, Operations Strategy, or similar high‑impact role
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central operations
Proven experience leading cross‑functional IT initiatives from discovery to launch
Strong technical literacy (APIs, automation tools, CRM systems, system integrations)
Experience working directly with developers and technical teams
Strong documentation and process‑mapping skills
Excellent executive‑level communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short‑term fixes with long‑term scalability
Computer engineering/science background or equivalent experience
Technical Requirements
A computer with dual monitor setup is required
Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
Must have at least 25 Mbps internet speed
