We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Sales Agents. This is an entry‑level position with full training provided. You’ll help clients understand basic insurance options and support them in choosing the right coverage. No prior experience is required.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients remotely to discuss insurance needs
Learn and apply basic financial and insurance concepts
Follow a simple, proven sales process
Maintain communication with clients and team leaders
Complete required state licensing (training provided)
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Self‑motivated and willing to learn
Comfortable working independently
Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
Ability to obtain a state life insurance license (we help you)
Compensation $65,000 per year (plan commission)
