Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Independence, Ky. is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for John Hoffman Insurance and Financial Services, Inc., you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities include providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, and developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Requirements include sales experience, excellent communication skills, being people-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work in a team environment, and obtaining Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year.
