• Provide compassionate daily care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals
• Record and report resident conditions and concerns to nursing staff
• Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow CNAs to ensure quality resident care
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and healthcare regulations
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and families

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (in good standing)
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
