Supporting multiple customer groups in a remote full-time capacity, the Associate Director, Business Analytics will conduct advanced analytics to inform promotional strategies, marketing effectiveness, and brand planning within the pharmaceutical industry. Key responsibilities
Conducts advanced analytics to support brand teams and promotional resource allocation Liaises between Marketing and Sales to develop business tactics and strategies Leads the development of targets and segments aligned with business strategy
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree with seven years or Master's degree with five years of relevant analytic experience Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques and customer segmentation Experience in conducting digital analytics and analyzing marketing campaigns Proficiency in R/Python, SAS, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
