A small and very stable law firm is hiring a Remote Probate Paralegal. The position is full time and permanent. The attorney offers a flexible work schedule.
This position is for a seasoned Probate Paralegal who is capable of self managing their day and working from home. Applicants should have strong communication skills, organized and efficient with exceptional references from previous attorneys or law firms.
Duties: Oversee all aspects of Probate cases from inception, client support through finalized matters. Prepare legal documents, correspondence and manage any scheduling.
Minimum Requirements
No less than 2 years of Probate experience
Home office; copier/scanner/printer, computer and reliable internet
