Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for training DTP Associates/Junior Associates
Managing work related to Tests, Assignments, DPP, DHA, PPTs, Practice Sheets, etc.
Ensuring proficiency in typing (Hindi and English)
Contributing to the growth and development of team members.
Skill Sets
Basic knowledge of CorelDraw, MathType, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Sheets
Familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop
Strong understanding of DTP work and alignment with organizational vision
Leadership capabilities
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan and organize activities; knowledge of budget development and reporting
Strong analytical aptitude; PageMaker experience preferred
Qualification & Eligibility
Graduate or completed any computer course related to DTP work
No CGPA restriction
Working Experience
At least 1 year of experience as a DTP Operator or EDP Operator
Preference for candidates with startup exposure; EdTech experience will be an added advantage
