Credit Solutions, LLC, a national collection agency based in Lexington, Kentucky, is currently seeking motivated remote Collection Specialists to join our growing organization.
We are looking for self‑driven individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and possess strong communication skills to successfully resolve delinquent medical, telecom, and commercial accounts. Previous collections experience is preferred; however, we will also consider candidates with prior telephone‑based customer service, call center, or sales experience, as comprehensive training is provided.
What We Offer
Competitive starting hourly wage
Robust monthly bonus/commission program with no caps

Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued bi‑weekly
Schedule
Full‑time (40 hours per week)
Flexible scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to professionally engage with delinquent account holders by phone
Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
