The Website Designer will work to create high-quality websites, on-brand visual content, and compelling graphics. The Designer will be responsible for aligning marketing and product strategies on the conceptualization and implementation of bespoke design solutions. You will need to have a strong sense of the brand and a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translating requirements into design. What you’ll do:
Design Websites & Landing Pages : Create user-centric, visually engaging digital experiences with a focus on UI/UX, layout, and mobile optimization. Collaborate with Teams : Partner with creative, marketing, and product teams to align designs with business goals and ensure seamless project execution. Ensure Brand Consistency : Uphold brand guidelines across all digital channels for a unified and cohesive user experience. Effective Communication : Liaise with stakeholders, manage timelines, and iterate on designs based on feedback to ensure project success. Focus on Detail : Maintain a sharp eye for detail, ensuring typography, color and spacing are perfectly aligned for a polished design. Who we’re looking for:
7+ years of professional design experience Able to design websites from concept to completion Able to collaborate with Development to bring sites to life Experienced in executing design best practices across media channels Has strong typography skills Comfortable presenting your designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders Stays on top of current design trends Very organized, works efficiently and independently but as part of a larger team Thrives in a start-up environment Able to design from the ground up Experience in data visualization a plus Design firm or agency experience preferred The anticipated salary range for this position starts at $100,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package.
