Collins Engineers, Inc. is looking for a program manager to oversee their existing bridge inspection contracts. This role will lead bridge inspection projects, maintain and develop relationships within TxDOT and regional DOT’s, and provide management support for the company’s bridge inspection team throughout the region. This position presents a tremendous opportunity, with multi-year contracts providing a stable backlog of projects and the ability to advance into more senior roles in the future. The team of employees running the projects bring decades of experience stemming from a tradition of innovation to support the unique needs of a diverse set of clients.
Salary Range:
$160,000 - $240,000
per year – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as experience, skill set and location.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil engineering, structural engineering, or related engineering discipline.
10+ years of experience.
Bridge inspection experience is required.
Prior experience working with DOT bridge projects.
Licensed Professional Engineer.
FHWA-NHI-130055: Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges certification.
