Business Analysis Associate at BairesDev We are seeking a Business Analysis Associate to support decision-making through data insights. In this role, you will help analyze business data, support the identification of improvement opportunities, and contribute to process optimization, working with leadership and multiple business areas. Responsibilities
Help analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support proposals for changes and optimizations to key business processes based on data analysis. Contribute to analyses and support data requests from leadership. Help build reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Client Services, IT, HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and other teams. Support data consistency and accuracy across different business areas. Qualifications
Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role. Analytical skills with the ability to work with data. Familiarity with cross-functional business teams. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Communication skills to present insights to stakeholders. Advanced level of English. Benefits
