Account Manager – Search Advertising We are seeking an Account Manager with search advertising experience, attention to detail, customer obsession, and passion to learn and adapt in an evolving environment. The individual will coordinate with a team of Account Strategists and support the Account Management Head to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue objectives.
Responsibilities
Serve corporate customers, applying customer obsession to deliver solutions.
Build and maintain strong, trusted‑advisor relationships with advertiser, agency, and tool provider contacts.
Manage an assigned set of clients focusing on revenue targets, feature adoption, and client‑driven goals.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years in Search Engine Marketing Sales or online media and service experience.
Strong knowledge of Internet advertising metrics (CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, lead generation, direct response, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with a can‑do attitude.
Ability to partner collaboratively with other functional areas to support the sales process.
Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets.
Prove ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer‑focused pitches and solutions.
Navigate ambiguity and complexity in client management.
Talent in storytelling and delivering engaging presentations.
Solid knowledge of the search industry, trends, and customer needs.
Passion for technology as an enabler for customer and company growth.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferable.
Critical thinker, organized, and can make decisions based on clear priorities.
Collaborative teammate who builds successful partner relationships and prioritises multiple tasks.
Flexible and can adapt quickly to changing business needs and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel.
Preferred
Bing Ads Certification.
Experience using Excel to analyze information, including data manipulation, V‑Lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
