Overview We are seeking a Finance Manager to support the organization’s financial structure, planning, and internal decision-making. This role centers on managing financial data, tracking performance, and ensuring accurate reporting to support sustainable growth. The Finance Manager works closely with leadership to monitor budgets, analyze trends, and improve financial processes. Rather than client-facing sales, this position focuses on operational clarity, strategic insight, and disciplined financial management. Responsibilities
Meet with clients via Zoom or phone
Review financial information and goals
Educate clients on financial and protection strategies
Follow established systems and processes
Maintain basic documentation and follow-up
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Coachable and willing to learn
Self-motivated and reliable
Finance, sales, or customer-facing experience a plus (not required)
Willingness to obtain required licensing if applicable (training provided)
Compensation $80,000 - $100,000 per year
