Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients
Deliver compelling presentations on product benefits and company offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure
Develop and manage channel partners for business expansion
Handle and convert leads referred by channel partners
Collaborate with internal teams including telecallers, sales officers, and pre‑sales technical teams
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
Relationship management and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
MBA (Marketing) preferred; BCA, MCA, BCS, MCS also considered
Experience:
1+ year of experience in IT sales
Additional Requirements
Must own a laptop and smartphone
Must own a four‑wheeler or two‑wheeler for travel
Willingness to travel within the Indore region
