Key Responsibilities

Guide applicants through a clear qualification and selection process
Participate in continuous leadership and professional development training
Use AI-supported systems to manage communication and engagement
Work independently within a global support framework
Ideal Candidate
Background in
HR, recruiting, talent development, or people operations
Strong communication, listening, and evaluation skills
Interest in leadership and performance development
Comfortable in a results-driven role
2-4 years professional experience
