Team Expansion partners with local ministries and global teams to place educators where they’re most needed—both to serve students well and to support broader disciple-making efforts. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (any subject) Additional qualifications such as teaching certification or subject specialization may be required for some fields Flexibility, cross-cultural awareness, and a desire to serve Willingness to engage in ongoing training and personal growth Time Commitment
Commitments are made one school year at a time. You can serve for one year—or the rest of your life! We’ll work with you and the on-field team to find the right location and time commitment. Summary
