Responsibilities
Conduct consistent follow-ups with clients regarding active immigration cases
Track missing documents and required information to prevent delays
Maintain accurate and organized case records in MyCase
Ensure deadlines, next steps, and case requirements are clearly identified and completed
Communicate case status updates clearly and professionally to clients
Identify stalled cases and take proactive steps to move them forward
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure case progress
Maintain accountability for keeping all assigned cases active and progressing
Qualifications
Prior experience in case management, client follow-up, customer service, or administrative support
Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, professional, and responsive)
High level of organization and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Experience working in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Comfortable using a case management system (MyCase or similar)
Ability to track information accurately and maintain organized digital records
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s degree is a plus
Must be able to prioritize tasks with demanding deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Applicants must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Some knowledge of legal software, case management, and docketing programs
Compensation Compensation: $7 - $8 hourly
