Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist at MANSTRACON. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Analytical Skills for problem-solving Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Experience in CRM integration and operational efficiency is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and remotely Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Seniority level
