This is a part-time or full time role for an Entry Level Cruise Coordinator. The Coordinator will assist clients with planning and booking their cruise vacations while ensuring their requirements and preferences are met. Responsibilities include conducting research, presenting travel options, managing bookings, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless travel planning experience for clients. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate documentation and staying informed about the latest travel offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and provide excellent support.
Organizational and time management abilities to handle bookings and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate reservations and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Ability to conduct research and remain up-to-date with travel industry trends, destinations, and cruise options.
Passion for travel and helping clients create memorable vacation experiences.
Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service is a plus, though not required.
