Bachelor's degree Compensation : Salary Negotiable Key Responsibilities: Prospect and engage with large enterprises (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies. Manage the full sales process, from outreach to client onboarding. Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers. Achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships. Attend industry events to expand connections and knowledge. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in selling staffing services (IT, Finance, Engineering) to mid-market and enterprise customers. 3-5 years of experience selling managed services (RPO, MSP, VMS). Strong connections within the Talent Ecosystem and relationships with key decision-makers in tech, finance, and engineering. Entrepreneurial mindset and proven track record of acquiring new clients. Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year. Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite.
