Sales Support Specialist (hourly)

Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide product/service information.
Develop relationships to create a robust revenue source for repeat business.
Drive new revenue through outbound efforts.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and guest interactions.
Manage sales-related documentation and ensure its accuracy.
Collaborate with Regional Director of Sales as sole sales liaison in venue.
Critical Skills & Experience RequirementsStrong organizational and multitasking skills.
Foundational sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is a plus.
