Submission Requirements: Will take locals - local rate (less than 75 miles). Fingerprinting will need to be completed within 48 hours of accepting an offer. Up to date resume that includes 1+ years of experience in a LTC facility and documents travel experience. 2 recent charge/manager references. Skills checklist matching specialty. Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics. Current BLS CNA report. Licenses verification with active NY license. RTO must be included at time of submission. EMR exp: PointClick Care.
