divh2Inside Sales Specialist/h2pThe primary function of this position is to provide phone-based sales and customer support to increase sales and revenue for the Distribution Center. Inside Sales Specialist aid in the many support, coordination and administration efforts necessary to service our customers. Daily functions will include taking and processing customer orders, processing quotes, and making outbound calls to new and current customers. Essential functions include:/pulliActs as a key point of contact for various customer facing activities sales quoting, managing orders and order confirmations/liliAbility to be a Hunter and make outbound sales / cold calls/liliAbility to build relationships with new and existing customers/liliBe a Champion the Customer Experience/liliDevelop deep product Knowledge to assist and educate customers/liliFill Out Trucks Sell the whole package accessories/liliEducate and advise customers of current market trends, changes and challenges become a trusted advisor/liliAcquire knowledge of the market conditions and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge and customer relationships in dealing with competitive situations and negotiations.
