Description Trifecta Services Company is seeking an experienced
Estimator/Project Manager
to join our growing team as a leader in the industrial demolition and environmental remediation space. Trifecta Services Company is one of the largest demolition companies in North America and we are looking to expand our operations in the Industrial Division that operates across the country. This is a remote position that may require travel.
As the Estimator/Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to align company, division and project goals.
Ability to multi-task and pivot in a fast-paced, client focused environment, working on multiple projects at any given time.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive growth.
Continue to enhance and develop safe demolition strategies that can separate us from our competition.
Estimator:
Attending bid walks and pre-bid meetings throughout the country to gather critical project insight.
Analyzing bid documents, drawings, and specifications to develop RFI’s, high quality takeoffs, competitive estimates, drawings and technical proposals.
Coordinate RFPs with subcontractors and vendors.
Ensuring timely and accurate bid submissions.
Project Management:
Project Management lead on projects, acting as the main point of contact with Clients.
Preparing and managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
Leverage relationships with subcontractors and vendors to facilitate a buy-out process.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships; managing project communication, progress updates, contract negotiations and generating monthly pencil copy progress invoicing to submit to AR.
Reviewing and approving project related costs prior to final AP approval.
Overseeing and driving project schedule to ensure we meet completion deadlines.
Verifying all projects adhere to budgeted cost, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Utilizing industry-specific software and tools for project management, tracking, and reporting.
Report directly to the Industrial Division Manager.
