Provide clear updates, confirmations, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservation details
Monitor timelines to ensure all requests are completed efficiently
Support a consistent and high-quality client experience
Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Comfortable using email, online platforms, and scheduling tools
