1099 independent contractor opportunity .
Certification attendance is mandatory.
Startup and equipment requirements apply.
Missing certification or performance benchmarks may result in removal.
Technical & Workspace Requirements Quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
Wired high-speed internet.
Windows-based PC (no Mac or Chromebook).
USB headset required prior to start.
Pay Structure Contract rates typically range
$12–$15/hour , depending on program.
Advancement opportunities are performance-based, not guaranteed.
