Essential Duties and Responsibilities Including, but not limited to the following.
Complete phone interviews with physicians to obtain their personal contact information and future practice desires.
Place outbound calls to physicians regarding future practice opportunities.
Inform physicians on PracticeMatch's career resources.
Receive inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators.
Work independently to meet daily and weekly quota of phone call attempts and physicians interviewed.
Produce 15 phone calls per hour.
Qualifications Education and Training
High school degree or equivalent work experience; sales and/or customer support preferred.
Must be currently enrolled at a college or university.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability
Superior listening skills and professional phone communication.
Experience using LinkedIn.
Possesses self‑motivation and assertiveness to achieve goals.
Efficient communication skills are required for success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail, as the job consists of data entry of information received from physicians.
