independent customer service contractors
to support customer care programs for nationally recognized brands.
This opportunity is best suited for individuals who can work independently, follow structured processes, and meet performance expectations without constant supervision.
What the Work Involves
Handling inbound and outbound customer service interactions
Resolving customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Accurately documenting call details and outcomes
Meeting attendance, quality, and performance benchmarks

This is an
independent contractor opportunity, not an employee role
Certification and registration requirements apply
Contractors are responsible for managing their schedule and performance
Requirements Basic Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication and typing skills
Comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously
Dedicated home workspace with stable wired internet
Windows 11 PC (8 GB RAM minimum; 16 GB preferred)
USB headset and wired internet (Not needed to apply but required prior to start)
Position Highlights:
100% Remote – work from your home office
Compensation Contract pay typically ranges
$12–$15 per hour , depending on program.
Performance-based opportunities available on select programs.
