Yaft Law is a brand-new Colorado law firm that specializes in business law, construction, and real estate. Yaft Law is growing quickly and is hiring an attorney to assist with the expansion. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Attorney located in Colorado. This role is perfect for someone who wants flexibility in their schedule and a rewarding position that is less focused on billables and more on client satisfaction and work-life balance. The Attorney will be responsible for drafting and revising business contracts and real estate purchase agreements, conducting legal research, and handling contract and real estate disputes. Qualifications Proficiency in Contract and Real Estate Law Strong experience drafting contracts – construction industry experience a plus Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is advantageous Seniority level
