Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Remote The Counseling Center: Position Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Come join a rapidly expanding, leading national substance abuse & mental health organization seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for their growing Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Counseling program. Responsibilities
New patient intake and orientation
Conduct initial assessment of patient problems and needs; report to clinical team to initiate treatment planning
Conduct individual sessions
Facilitate groups with patients
Address patient concerns and help eliminate possibility of AMA
Provide case management
Provide tours for prospective patients and their families as requested
Document in patient medical record
Qualifications
Must have one of the following: LPC, LCSW
Active, clean mental health license or certification
New graduates welcome
Experience conducting group sessions
Flexibility and willingness are great attributes
Schedule
Remote
20-40 hours each week
Compensation 1099 contract
