We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Architectural Drafter / CAD Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being an integral part of our collaborative design process. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings and plans Use CAD software to produce accurate and precise designs Review and revise drawings based on feedback from architects and clients Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and documents Continuously improve and update CAD skills and knowledge Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience as an architectural drafter or CAD technician Proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines Experience working remotely is a plus We Offer
