Sales Negotiator – Romford

Basic Salary: £25,000

OTE: £35,000 – £40,000

Commission: 3–4% pooled sales commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a growing independent estate agency in Romford, specialising in high-end residential property.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be involved in all aspects of the sales process, including:

• Registering buyers and matching applicants to properties
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Generating new business opportunities
• Progressing sales through to completion
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ property experience (sales, lettings, or property admin considered)
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
• Confident communication and negotiation skills
• Well-presented and professional approach
• Target-driven and motivated to succeed
• Local knowledge of Romford and surrounding areas preferred
