CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - Day and Eve Shift

Immediate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) contract opportunity with our LTC facility in Barton VT. Note: CNA must have VT license in hand to apply - quick start Pay Rate:

• $32.00/hr (local candidate pay rate)
• $14.42/hr taxed + $17.58/hr per diem (travel rates if qualified)

Available Work Schedule:

• Day and Eve shifts available
• 8x5 days/week guaranteed
• Every other weekend
• 40 hours per week guaranteed (OT possible)

Contract Term: 13 weeks to start (extension likely) Job Details:

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
• Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse
• Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
• Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate in State of Vermont required at time of application
• Must have AHA BLS
• 1 year+ SNF/LTC experienced worked within last 3 years required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
