The Effector RF Design department is seeking a Principal RF Engineer to serve as the Cross Product Team Engineer (CPTL) for a project on a critical missile program. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge RF technology for a high-priority defense program. Coordinate RF Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) and subassembly design and development efforts across multiple teams working on the program to ensure alignment with technical, schedule, and performance requirements. Facilitate communication and collaboration between RF hardware teams, ensuring a unified approach to design, testing, and validation. Support integration and testing of RF systems, troubleshooting issues, and driving solutions to meet performance objectives. Contribute to risk identification and mitigation strategies related to RF development on the program. Requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience to include any combination of the following: Experience with RF integration and testing, including troubleshooting and optimization. Experience with RF simulation tools such as ADS, HFSS, CST, or MATLAB. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. Advanced understanding of RF and microwave system integration, system-level trades, and performance optimization. Knowledge of advanced RF technologies such as frequency synthesizers, receivers, Analog-to-Digital Converters, and downconverters Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
