Sales Operations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing compensation administration, and enhancing reporting systems to support the operations of the Supplemental Insurance Solutions business. Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize sales processes and operational workflows across distribution channels Manage sales compensation administration, including commission tracking and reporting Build and maintain sales reporting and performance metrics to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or analytics Experience managing reporting and CRM systems that support sales teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite
