Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Member Engagement & Retention Administrator to support the full member lifecycle—from onboarding through renewal. This role plays a key part in delivering a strong member experience by executing engagement and renewal campaigns, monitoring participation, and helping identify opportunities to improve retention. Key Responsibilities Lead proactive member outreach, including phone calls and personalized communication, to build strong relationships and drive engagement Support and deliver a welcoming onboarding experience for new members through timely, high-touch communications Execute renewal campaigns through a mix of email, phone, and direct outreach to encourage continued membership Re-engage lapsed or at-risk members through thoughtful, relationship-driven follow-ups Actively promote events, programs, and benefits to increase member participation and satisfaction Monitor member engagement and identify opportunities to strengthen connections and improve retention Maintain and segment member data (new, active, at-risk, lapsed) to support targeted outreach efforts Track and report on engagement, outreach efforts, and campaign effectiveness Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent, positive, and engaging member experience Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in membership, marketing, customer success, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with CRM/AMS and email marketing tools preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong written communication and data tracking skills
