We are hiring a Virtual Travel Consultant to assist travelers with planning and preparing for their trips. In this remote role, you will help clients organize their travel plans and provide helpful information to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with travelers through email, phone, and messaging platforms
Assist with reviewing travel plans and answering travel-related questions
Provide helpful information about destinations and travel requirements
Follow up with travelers before departure to confirm arrangements
Address client inquiries and coordinate support when needed
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests
Comfortable using online platforms and digital tools
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Interest in travel and helping others plan trips
