We’re looking for a bilingual professional who’s motivated, friendly, and passionate about helping people. As part of our team, you’ll assist clients with insurance quotes, policy changes, and coverage questions — all while making a difference in our community.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish
- Support customers with auto, home, and life insurance needs
- Build relationships and identify opportunities to help clients protect what matters most
- Work closely with a high-energy, supportive team
- Salary plus Commission and Bonuses = Unlimited earning potential!
- Base Salary & Commission can combine to:
- $40,000 if you are mediocre
- $55,000 if you are good
- $70,000+ if you allow us to invest in you to be outstanding
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Driven, dependable, and ready to learn
