Role Description Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of meals and ingredients according to established recipes and standards. Prepare menu items efficiently while maintaining high-quality food safety practices. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment. Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting shortages. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of both staff and customers. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery. Qualifications 2 years previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, Culinary school education is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and expand culinary knowledge. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and schedules as needed within the kitchen setting.
